SMOKING MAY DAMAGE SPERM
Here's one more reason not 2 smoke-smoking may damage sperm, passing olong genetic damage to a man's children,Canadian researchers report.
A study in mice shows that cigarette smoke caused changes in the DNA of sperm cells, the researchers said in a week's issue of the journal Cancer research.
"If inherited, these mutations persist r irreversible changes in d genetic composition of offspring."said Carole Yauk of Health Canada's Enviroment and Occupational Toxicology Division, who led d study. "we have mothers who smoke can heart their foetus, and here have we shown evidence that fathers can potentially damage offspring long before they may even meet their future mate"
